While it feels like summer has only just arrived with the recent heatwave we're actually only six weeks away from Swindale Shield and Harper Lock Shield action on 23 March. Our players have been putting in the work preparing for the season with large numbers attending preseason training three nights a week. We've been down at preseason training to introduce you to some of the new players who have joined the club including former St Pat's 1st XV captain Keelan Whitman and Napier Boys High School standouts Tyrone and Leo Thompson. Our Premier Women continue to introduce players to the game and are building an outstanding team culture... >>>
Our clubrooms are where we come together off the field to celebrate our on field successes. We're having a working bee before the season starts to keep them in great shape for the year's events. We've got a few things to get done and many hands make light work... >>>

Billy Proctor became our 11th Hurricane, making his Super Rugby debut against the Waratahs on Saturday... Last week Naitoa Ah Kuoi, Keelan Whitman and Leo Thompson represented the Hurricanes Under 20s in their match against their Blues counterparts...
