J6 and Reserve 3 Reunion over King's Birthday Weekend
One of the famous social teams of the 1980s and 90s was the Junior 6 side, which later became the Reserve 3 side. It's 40 years since the first J6 team and we're hosting a reunion for players and management who were involved these grades over the years.
The weekend's events:
Friday 31 May:
5.30pm: Light dinner and drinks at the Marist St Pats clubrooms.
Come along for a light dinner (provided) and drinks (at your own cost) and reminisce about the good old days. Great stories to be told.
Saturday 1 June:
Attend the games in Kilbirnie including Premier Men's match against Poneke at 2.45pm.
Then back to the clubrooms to meet fellow club members. The Hurricanes vs Highlanders game will be on TV.
Sunday 2 June:
Breakfast in the city (time/venue TBC).
1pm: Sunday Funday at The Bond Sports Bar (12 Bond Street)
