Coach top grade Under 21s rugby in 2020

Due to family commitments Lua Lokotui has decided to step down as head coach of our Colts side; he will still be involved in some form of coaching at the club this season. Marist St Pats is now seeking interest in a Head Coach for this side.

Marist St Pats has built a proud tradition in the 49 years since it was established and heads into its 50th Anniversary year in 2020. MSP has won the Jubilee Cup, the top prize in Wellington club rugby, more times than any other club since being founded in 1971. 2020 promises to be another great year for the club.

Our Under 21 'Colts' have achieved strong performances over the past few seasons including winning the Paris Memorial Trophy in 2018. We are looking for a Head Coach who can provide expertise and guidance appropriate to this grade.

Applicants should demonstrate the following traits:

  • Previous coaching experience at a level relevant to the grade
  • Demonstrated ability to improve player skill sets
  • Ability to motivate and mentor players
  • A track record of success
  • High morals and values that align with Marist St Pats values

2019 was a successful season for many teams and there is plenty to be excited about for 2020. Are you ready to be a part of it?

Expressions of interest with a Rugby CV should be directed to Zak Feaunati no later than 9 February.
