About Junior Rugby
Marist St Pats is one of Wellington's proudest and most successful sports clubs. It has a welcoming family atmosphere and a vibrant 'club culture' that extends to our large and well-run junior club.
We offer:
- a fun, family-friendly environment
- teams for all ages from 2 to 13 years old
- non-impact RipRugby grades as an alternative to tackle rugby
- family-friendly club rooms and regular junior social events
- free mouth guard, playing jersey (on loan for the season) and a free ball for the Little Rippas (nursery) grade
- team photo
- low fees to make it accessible to all.
Grades
Grades for the season include:
- Little Rippas (Nursery) - Ages 2-4
- RipRugby (non-tackle) - School years 1-8
- Tackle rugby - School years 3-8
Where we are based
Our practice gym is located at Evan's Bay next to St Patrick's College in Kilbirnie, and our clubrooms are in Hataitai. Click here for maps.
Subscription Fees
MSP Junior Rugby offers excellent facilities at an affordable price.
Subscription fees for the season are as follows:

Little Rippas (Nursery): For kids aged 2 to 4 - $50

RipRugby and Tackle - $70 per player with a $20 discount per player for subsequent registrations from the same family.
Our subscription fees are payable online during the registration process or via internet banking or at a registration event.
